- Mind the Bride - Make sure you keep the bride’s best interest in mind. Remember this party is for the bride, not for the bridesmaids. Remember to keep that in mind when planning this evening.
- Pick a Date – Gone are the days when the bachelorette is the day before the wedding. You need some time to recuperate. Every timeline will be different, especially if you have guests coming in from out of town for the wedding. We recommend having the bachelorette party about a month before the wedding.
- Set the Guest List – This is one of the few things the bride should be involved in. You want to make sure everyone she wants there is there but most importantly, not everyone should be invited. This party is for the bride to relax and have a good time before the final planning of the wedding. Although she may be obligated to invite people she is not so fond of to the wedding, they most certainly should not be at the bachelorette. After all, it’s a party!
- Find a Location – Scope out Florida and find the best place to host your party. Are you looking to rent a house and make it a girl’s weekend or are you going to rent a party bus and head to the bars downtown?
